About

About this blog: This is a window to my daily frustrations trying to improve the things around me and looking for inspiration. I’ll try to share the positive discoveries as well and hope you can make the best out of it.

About myself: Frederic Muller, Software Freedom International president, is also the founding member and former President of the Beijing LUG, member of China Open Source Promotion Union, co-organizer of many international FOSS events in China and Asia such as the Linux Developer Symposium (2008), Gnome.Asia Summits, OOoCon 2008 and of course local Software Freedom Day events. Fred is currently focusing on FOSS in Education through the Greenboard projet, as well as maintainer of RUR-PLE (a python learning environment for children) and as a contributor of the GNOME Education Suite. The rest of time Fred enjoys living in Shantou, South China, with his life companion Pockey where they can enjoy the lovely weather, great food and nice beaches.
